Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, remote team. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, designing, implementing, and supervising behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and their families while working remotely within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active state licensure (where applicable)
- Experience with telehealth or remote service delivery models
- Preferred:
- Supervisory experience or previous work with RBTs and other behavior professionals
- Familiarity with digital data collection and behavior management software
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with families and clients
- Certification in additional behavioral specialties (e.g., Verbal Behavior, ACT, etc.)

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000K
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Evaluation
- Behavior Intervention Plans
- Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy and reliability of data for ongoing monitoring of client progress. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Supervision & Training: Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Offer training on behavior management techniques and treatment procedures.
- Client & Family Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with clients and their families, offering guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans in various settings (e.g., home, school).
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and updates. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators) to create integrated, holistic care plans for clients.
- Continuous Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
